A 100-square-meter cassette ceiling usually requires 100 meters of main keels. The specific amount needs to be adjusted in combination with the main and secondary keel spacing and actual construction requirements.
Calculation basis for cassette keel usage
Main keel usage: According to conventional construction standards, the main keel of the cassette ceiling is 1:1 in area, that is, about 1 meter of main keel is required per square meter. The main keel usage for 100 square meters is 100 meters.
Secondary keel usage: If the main keel spacing is 1 meter and the secondary keel spacing is 600 mm, the secondary keel usage is about 320 meters (100 square meters × 3.2 meters/square meter).
If the main keel spacing is adjusted to a denser distance (such as 800 mm), the secondary keel usage may increase to 390 meters.
