Light steel keel is a new type of building material. At the same time, it also has the advantages of short construction period and easy construction. What is the installation method of light steel keel during construction.

Installation method of light steel keel:

1. Bounce the line. Use a level to mark horizontal points at each corner of each wall (column) in the room (if the wall is long, several points should also be marked in the middle), and mark a horizontal line (the horizontal line is generally 500mm above the ground). Measure from the horizontal line to the design height of the ceiling plus 12mm (the thickness of one layer of white bone board), and mark the horizontal line along the wall (column) with a powder line, which is the lower skin line of the ceiling secondary keel.

2. Fixed hanging rods. Use expansion bolts to fix the hanging rods. For suspended ceilings that are not accessible to people, if the length of the suspension rod is less than 1000mm, a diameter of 6 suspension rod can be used. If it is larger than 1000mm, a diameter of 8 suspension rod should be used, and reverse support should also be provided.

3. Hang the rod on the beam. The hanging rod should be straight and have sufficient load-bearing capacity. When the embedded rods need to be extended, they should be overlapped and welded firmly, and the weld seam should be uniform and full. The distance between the suspension rod and the end of the main keel shall not exceed 300mm, otherwise additional suspension rods shall be added.

Secondly, after the installation of the keel is completed, everyone should check and confirm that there are no problems before installing the cover panel to ensure the completeness of the process. Don't forget to check. Let's take a look at the details below. If the floor slab is prefabricated, the steel bars for the suspended ceiling are buried in the slab joints. Simply bend the upper end of the suspension rod through the hook hole. If the floor slab is a cast-in-place slab, the position line will be pre buried at the bottom of the floor slab. The pre embedded parts will be nailed to the bottom of the floor slab with shooting nails, and the upper end of the suspension rod will be bent and twisted firmly through the lifting ring hole on the pre embedded parts.

Install the light steel keel accessories onto the large keel as many as possible, pass the large keel over, and insert the lower end of the suspension rod into the hole of the vertical hanging bracket on the large keel. Then, add a nut and tighten it preliminarily. Based on the arch height of the pointed point in the ceiling of the room, calculate the arch value at each hanging point of the large keel, tighten the nut to adjust the arch value of the large keel, and after adjustment, tighten the vertical hanging parts of the large keel. Place the vertical hanging brackets of the central dragon bone on the large dragon bone, and pass the central dragon bone up to fasten it to the vertical hanging brackets of the central dragon bone. If the middle keel intersects with the horizontal brace, place the middle keel plane connector on the middle keel, and fasten the horizontal brace to the middle keel plane connector. Place the vertical hanging pieces of the small dragon bone on the large dragon bone as many as possible, pass the small dragon bone up, and make the small dragon bone grip the vertical hanging pieces of the small dragon bone. If the small keel intersects with the horizontal brace, place the small keel plane connector on the small keel, and the horizontal brace should fasten the small keel plane connector.

After the installation of the light steel keel accessories is completed and checked for accuracy, the cover panel can be installed. According to the material of the cover panel, self tapping screws or adhesive can be used to fix it. The construction method of the light steel keel ceiling is overall construction, with partial avoidance, which is a layer by layer construction method. After it is partially completed, another part can be added to achieve flexible insertion.
