What should be paid attention to in the construction of light steel keel?

Date:2018-04-12   Visits:1024

1. The light steel keel, suspension rod, and connecting components used in the suspended ceiling must meet the structural requirements and assembly orientation of the planning scheme, and the construction scale must be precise.

2. The connection points of the light steel skeleton must be firm, tight and not loose, and the joints of the keel with different functions should be assembled in a staggered manner.

3. Before assembling the edge keel, it should be laid out according to the planning requirements, with a horizontal error of no more than 5mm. It is necessary to use expansion screws to fix the edge keel on the wall, with a distance of no more than 1000mm. There should be no less than two expansion screws on the short distance edge keel, and the distance between the expansion screws and the end of the keel should not be greater than 100mm.

4. The distance between the suspension rod and the end of the main keel should not exceed 300mm, and hot-dip galvanized suspension rods with a diameter of not less than ф 8 should be used to ensure that the ceiling has sufficient bearing capacity. When there are no requirements in the plan, the distance between the suspension rods should be less than 1200mm. When the suspension rod meets the equipment, the suspension point should be adjusted or additional suspension rods should be added to ensure the quality of the suspended ceiling structure.

5. It is necessary to fully apply fireproof coating to the light steel keel ceiling before use, and there should be no visible wood. The coating method should comply with the requirements of the coating application instructions.

6. The cross-sectional dimension of light steel keel should reach 25 × 35mm, and the joint of light steel keel should not exceed 1/3 of the cross-section. The distance between keels should not exceed 300 * 300mm. The protruding length of cantilever keel shall not exceed 150mm. If there are special planning requirements, they should be treated according to the requirements, but reinforcement must be carried out.

7. The arrangement of the light steel keel skeleton is neat and straight, with no significant height difference or misalignment at the overlap, and there are 200mm long ribs. The distance between the light steel keel suspension rods is not more than 600mm, and they are symmetrically equipped on both sides of the horizontal keel. The side where the horizontal light steel keel touches the cover panel needs to be flat.

8. Lightweight lighting fixtures can be assembled on the main or additional keel, but heavy-duty lighting fixtures must not be connected to the ceiling keel and must be separately embedded with hanging fixtures.

9. It is necessary to use tension rivets to connect the joints between the wall keel, suspended edge keel, and auxiliary keel, with no less than two connection points at each end.

10. The arching and sloping of the keel should be strictly carried out in accordance with national standards, and the short span error should not exceed 1-3 ‰.

11. When the length of the suspension bar is greater than 1500mm, the distance between the suspension bars should be appropriately reduced and reverse support technology should be used.

12. It is necessary to reserve or stagger the orientation of equipment and lighting openings in the layout of the ceiling keel to ensure that the keel structure is not damaged during subsequent assembly.
