The installation of gypsum board should start from the center of the ceiling along the direction of the main keel, ensuring that the long side of the gypsum board is aligned with the direction of the main keel and extends line by line to both sides. When fixing the cover panel, galvanized self tapping screws should be used and fixed from the middle of the panel to all sides, while keeping the screw spacing within the range of 150-200mm. The screw cap should sink 0.5-1.0mm into the plate to avoid penetrating the paper surface, and anti rust paint should be applied to the nut to enhance durability. In addition, the distance between the screw and the edge of the board should be controlled within the range of 10-15mm.
