The construction process of light steel keel ceiling includes multiple steps: first, determine the elevation according to the construction drawings, and mark the horizontal line of the ceiling with ink lines on the walls and columns; Next, install the suspension rod and arrange the keel layout and snap lines according to the drawing requirements; Then, install the main keel, secondary keel, and cross bracing keel in sequence to form the basic framework of the suspended ceiling; After completing the framework construction, carry out concealed engineering acceptance, seal the board joints, and perform rust prevention treatment on the screws; Finally, fill the gaps in the board, apply crack prevention tape, decorate with latex paint, and carry out hygiene cleaning and sub item inspection. During the construction process, attention should be paid to controlling the spacing of the hanging bars between 900-1200mm. The distance between the first row of hanging bars and the wall should be less than 300mm, and it should be ensured that the hanging bars along the direction of the main keel remain in a straight line. At the same time, the position of the lighting fixtures should also be considered to avoid conflicts between the hanging bars and the fixtures.
