During the installation process, the first step is to drill holes and install expansion bolts and suspension bars, usually using Φ 8 hot-dip galvanized full wire suspension bars. Next, according to the spacing between the hanging bars on the main keel, install the hanging brackets appropriately, and pay attention to the alternating installation of positive and negative directions to ensure the balanced force distribution and improve the rigidity when hanging the keel.
The installation spacing of the main keel should be controlled within the range of 900-1200mm, and should be installed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the room. At the same time, arch treatment should be done, and the length of the cantilever section should not exceed 300mm, otherwise additional suspension rods need to be added for support. During the installation process, it is necessary to ensure that the keel can be accurately positioned and adjusted according to the elevation control line. After completing the installation of the main keel, hanging parts, and suspension rods, adjust the straightness on a room by room basis, using a horizontal line as a reference to ensure the straightness of the main keel. For large-area ceilings, the main keel should be appropriately arched in the middle during leveling, and the arch height is usually set at 1/200-1/300 of the short span of the room to accommodate possible deformation.
